Today I forwent the bread and made myself a nice salad. I am planning on making spaghetti with a friend for dinner so didn't feel the need to carbo-load at lunch. The salad consisted of arugula, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, oven roasted turkey, sprouts, red bell pepper and avocado with a light honey mustard dressing. I pretty much scarfed it down.

Casa Maria Taqueria in Hayward, CA . This sort of made me jealous. I love burritos! If I ate this for lunch I would need a nap. More power to you GJ.
