HAPPY FRIDAY

Today I forwent the bread and made myself a nice salad. I am planning on making spaghetti with a friend for dinner so didn't feel the need to carbo-load at lunch. The salad consisted of arugula, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, oven roasted turkey, sprouts, red bell pepper and avocado with a light honey mustard dressing. I pretty much scarfed it down.

Contributor GJ showed me his lunch from Casa Maria Taqueria in Hayward, CA . This sort of made me jealous. I love burritos! If I ate this for lunch I would need a nap. More power to you GJ.

SMYL Note: I've gotten away from eating at my desk as it is an unhealthy habit. But that's like just my opinion, man.

MY HOPE IS THAT BY CONTINUING TO DO SO WE MIGHT ALL HAVE A COLLECTIVELY BETTER LUNCH AND THAT BY BEING AWARE OF WHAT IT IS THAT WE EAT DURING OUR WORK DAY IT MAY CAUSE US  ALL TO EAT BETTER IN THE PROCESS.
