RYE

Today's lunch was made on Rye Bread. Rye Bread is pretty good. Oft overlooked I believe. It made me want some Pumpernickel. Turkey, Pepperjack, Spinach, Red Bell Pepper, Cucumber, Tomato and Spicy Mustard. Should have cut the crust off ;) I'm not a hard crust kinda person.


KJ showed me her lunch: "Left over burrito bowl from Chipotle (chicken, pinto and black beans, rice, hot sauce, sour cream, lettuce and the best thing of all - their salad dressing). Seriously, so good. I couldn't eat it all last night though."


Just when I was going to give up doing this due to the absolute lack of interest, KJ sent me her Burrito Bowl. I decided if nothing else I would do it for myself. A reader shared with me a story of a man from Japan who took a picture of what he ate every day for 30 years; that must be some diary. You could also just give it to your doctor should anything like this ever happen. Food for thought.
